I can’t remember if I am spelling her name right but Ahya was amazing! She just transferred to this location and she’s doing a great job. 12/10 give her a raise or promotion! It was my first time here and I just needed to withdrawal cash and she explained everything simple and friendly. She even gave me a coffee on the house. That’s customer service right there 🤌🏼🤌🏼. I would come down to this location to work or grab a coffee while downtown and even do some banking.

Excellent teams & service. The curation of food offerings doesn’t seem to match the high quality of the beverages. Food offerings are good, some great even, but inconsistent and lackluster packaged goods in this urbane and refined cafe / financial hub. Great comfortable seating and gathering options; but the lack of air conditioning in the all glass dining area makes it a bit uncomfortable on even mild days. Mgmt knows this and has placed a couple huge comfort air fans that help, if you sit close enough. For that, I dinged the cafe one star less for atmosphere. Great spot! Well trained baristas and nice hot beverages!

I was a first time enjoyer of Capital One Cafe and was greeted & treated with the utmost respect by the wonderfully accommodating, Whitney. She made the experience amazing by showing me the whole cafe and what it offered coupled with in depth knowledge and expertise regarding Capital One banking. Highly recommend attending, I will be a weekly customer now. Thank you Whitney!

5 stars for Karina and Shantelle!! If you see them, know you'll be in good hands. I've visited this Cafe twice so far. The first was later in the day, waiting for the Q-Line. (Side note: fellow commuters! Don't wait in the cold if you can help it!) I asked Shantelle what she'd recommend for a first timer, and she made a fantastic Cinnamon Maple Latte... man. That leads me to another thing: if you're a Capital One customer already and you use your card, you can get the specialty drinks for half off!! That was a welcome surprise for sure. My second visit there was also nice! Was able to talk to Karina (who put me on to the complimentary luggage tags as well! I really appriciate you!!) I do have to be honest with y'all though... the in-house food is a little overpriced 😬 but if that's a concern, just grab some speciality coffee and swing by the Coney across the street. Not the end of the world, just a fair warning. Overall, I would say the atmosphere alone is worth stopping by for a visit, regardless if you're waiting on the Q-Line, trying to bank in on your Capital One customer rewards, or both! ☕️

Great view that kept me inspired while I worked. I visited for their Friendsgiving event and the staff made me a Hibiscus Tea the way she liked it and it was AH-mazing. I will definitely be back to have that again. I'm hoping Tunde from Peloton visits the Detroit location soon. That is one of my bucket list items. I she speaks and hosts events at the cafes.
